SIMA Emergency Button

Question

Hi all

I was wondering if the emergency button on the SIMAs needs to be above the "Partying actuator". For example, say you have an arm going up and down and in the up position, the max height of the actuator is above the emergency stop button. Is that allowed or should the emergency button be above everything including any actuator?

If the emergency button is enought accessible and the referee can push it easily, it's not mandatory to be above it,
