Clarifying Tribune Level Counting

Hello,

I have a question about the scoring and validity of certain tribune levels (E.1.b - Constraints - Paragraph1)

In the Final-Game-Rules there is Figure 4 on page 9 - I now want to know how many points will be awarded to team blue if you only take this picture in account.

a) 8 poits for a level 2 tribune (e.g the right lower part of the seen tribunes) + 16 points for a level 3 tribune (e.g the left lower part of the seen tribunes + the top level tribune) ... will then result in 24 points total in the picture

b) 16 points for a level 3 tribune (it is built with excess parts but the top level is a valid level 3 tribune) ... will then result in 16 points total in the picture

c) any other number of total points which i did not mention ... if this is the case please explain it to me :)

I know that the rules say "the furthest columns will be taken into account" ... does this mean that the highest valid level of tribune is taken into account to award the points for the whole building (even if there are multiple valid tribunes built together to one bigger building)?

On the picture, there is 4 points for team yellow, and for team blue :

2x4 = 8 points for the two level 1 tribunes

+ 2x8 = 16 points for the two level 2 tribunes

+ 1x16 = 16 points for the level 3 tribune

= 40 points for the blue team

"the furthest columns will be taken into account"

That's only within the validity on one tribune, not the whole structure. For instance, it renders invalid the second tribune on the left: it has two columns inside a blue construction area, however one of the furthest column is outside, so it does not count

So if I understand correctly a single level 3 tribune is not just worth 16 points but 4+8+16=28 points.4 for level 1, 8 for level 2 and 16 for level 3?
