Pick up process and opponent's construction areas.

At least 4 groups of raw material stocks are located near an opponent's construction areas at the table. Let's imagine a team picks up the columns and platforms and moves them to ( or through ) an opponent's construction area during the pick up process. Will this result in forfeit or be considered a valid action?
