Since now 2 days, the teams have arrived at La Roche-sur-Yon to compete.
Before their matchs, they need to homologate their robots.
But what happens when an homologation phase ? The organisation team explains.
The homologation phase is the first step for the teams. When the robots are ready, they are examinated by our refeeres.
There are two kinds of homologation : one static kind then one dynamic kind.
Each are a way to check that the robots are in agreement with the rules. The refeeres are here to validate different points.
The static homologation checks the dimensions, weight and security stuffs. The dynamic homologation is here to check the remote controls and other programs like the emergency stop.
By now, the homologation phases are still in place, until 7pm today.
