Since more than twenty years, the Eurobot and Eurobot Junior contests gather young people around a common playful and technical robotic challenge.But behind these contests, there are partners and friends who try, at their humble level, through sharing and interculturality, to help young people grow, enrich themselves culturally and be protagonists of their own futures.

Certification process
The certification process is composed of multiples steps
First you must make an application on this website, see the form below.
The form will ask you some informations and documents, on your event project and organization, be sure to have prepared all of it before begin to answer the form for an more comfortable experience.
Application verification
Your application on the application form (below) will be reviewed by us
If all elements are present and correct, your application can proceed to the next step !

Your application will reviewed by our Eurobot League volunteers. The main criterion watched in an application are the common values shared and the capacity of the applicant organization to implement the event.
The Eurobot contests are volunteers powered ! They are the soul of the contests and therefore have the last word !
This step is handeled by our Eurobot Referent and our President
Labels are granted !
If your application is validated the Eurobot Off label will be directly granted to your organization by a Letter of confirmation of a granted eurobot Off label.
This letter recognize you temporarily as a Official Event Organizer, and therefore give you the ability to present your event as an official one.
To finalize your certification, a bilateral contract with Planète Sciences and your organization must then be signed.

The Eurobot Off Label
The Eurobot Off label give to the certified organization the ability to organize an friendly Eurobot Event outside of the contest official rankings. These events are moments of sharing and meeting between youth teams, volunteers and the public.
You can use the form bellow to make and application to the Eurobot Off label, and therefore certify your event as an Official Eurobot Event.
The full certification process, and all the people involved, is described on the left of this pannel. For you application some documents will be ask :
- Your organization rules and regulations documents (Status, Reglements, etc.)
- A list of you leader board, and if needed a chart of your board (Director, President, etc.)
- A signed letter of commitment on the Eurobot values. You can find a template here.
